Baron Voncoq was born in '69—legend has it, with a lager in one hand and a poor life plan in the other. A man of mystery, mischief, and missteps, he wandered from beer hall to dive bar, sampling the world’s finest lagers with few clues on how to make his own. His failures were many, his hangovers heroic. But when desperation finally outweighed delusion, the Baron struck gold—not just a recipe, but an attitude.
For the misfits, the maybes, and the magnificent failures—Baron Voncoq is the brew that celebrates getting it wrong

The Brews
Voncoq lager, cider and pale are lovingly unrefined and unapologetically cheeky. It’s crisp but chaotic, brewed with some impurities left in—because perfection is boring. The Baron never believed in filters (on beer or life). Expect flavour, fizz, and a flirt with trouble in every bottle, can or keg.
